A couple of classes ago we were talking about how people should be eating. It really made me think to myself about my eating habits. I really don't eat much junk food but I'm still not supposed to be eating the way people "should" be eating. You're supposed to have a certain amount of fruits and vegetables but, I just cant do that. I do have some fruit and veggies but i cant be popping out a fruit every hour just so i can say i met the daily requirements for that.
I also don't understand why people take steroids. I understand people want to look good but what do you accomplish by taking them? You become big but so what. Whats the point? It gets to the point where it becomes an addiction. People just have to do it and its really sad when you think about the after effects that occur. I was talking to a friend of mine and he said he knew this kid that went to the gym with him and would shoot up with steroids before he would work out. I asked him if he still goes to the gym with him and he said he stopped going because he developed some kind of problem with one of his organs i forgot which one. But my point is that he did it and he suffered the consequences.
