On a previous post I stated that a man advised not to go to college, but one of his other options was to start a business. Well first off this particular advice is also for parents, if you don’t want to pay cash upfront, this might be difficult. This is an option instead of going to college. It is supposed to give a sense of responsibility, and it is real life situation they need to face. They have to deal with people, first they need to find the person they need for their particular investment, and then they have to learn how to effectively communicate what they need. It is a good practice for life, whether they are successful or if they fail. It seems like a good idea to me, but the only drawback is the upfront cost, as well as the potential loss you may have to take, and the worst part would be if nothing was learned, so it could potentially be a horrible option.
