Dieing at the emergency room loading dock
It is truely a strange world we live in... When i think of a doctor i think of a person who wants to help people. In a slot of ways dactors do sacrifice alot in order to help their patients. Yet every year people die in the emergency waiting room or on the loading doc. Even a few years ago a women was in the waiting room for 24 hrs before she finally collasped and fell face first on the floor. There were patients in the room and the cameras show the staff taking notice of her three times... she laid there for an hour before finally someone came to check on her. She died in the emergency waiting room. That is pathetic. No one should have to die so close to help. No one should have to die simply because the people who are suppose to help you just refuse. I could not imagine being a doctor and turning someone away because they didnt have the right paper work. Thats like being a lawyer and defending someone you know is guilty. Its refusing to do your job to make money. I understand that it cost money to run hospitals and medicine isnt cheap but how much are human lives worth that you can turn someone away. Dont doctors make a few hundred thousand dollars a year... they can spare 1,000 to save someones life? Even now there are reports that the japanese company in charge of the nuclear reactors had hesitated to pour sea water into them. They knew the sea water would cool down the reactors and help prevent a melt down but they didnt want to loss their investment. Because of that companies greed who knows how many lives will be lost due to radiation poisoning. Those people who do die from radiation will not die pleasant deaths. It really is a horrific way to die and all because that company falsified safety reports and didnt want to lose anymore money. Its a real shame
