I'm just blogging about some of the topics that Professor Baldwin has mentioned in class and the next one is dating conflict. Not really pertaining to the topic but it happened to me last night. I just want to say some people really need to figure out what is taboo and what can be asked/said to a bunch of people.
Last night, I was just chilling with my next door neighbors and one of my suitemates and we were playing the truth table. It's some 'game' that we created to get to know each other better. You need to tell the truth and any question can be asked..but c'mon let's be reasonable. Anyways through out the truth table, I was getting a massage from one of my neighbors. Then one person asks "so since youre putting your arms around kat like that, does that mean you would like to pursue more?" AND bam it just went COMPLETELY awkward.
Like let's be foreal right now. That is kind of taboo and why would you want to put someone on the spot for that. It got so awkward and everyone just dispersed. I mean he could have used common knowledge to figure out that would make any situation mad awkward but nope, he asked it anyways. Then he actually sat there and waited for a response. Kinda funny, kinda not. But yup, it is kind of awkward but doesn't mean I will stop playing the truth table.
