Burgers or Salads?
It’s hard eating healthy, especially here at Stony Brook University. Last semester, I balanced my budget pretty well, for my meal points anyway. At like the end of the semester I had almost two hundred dollars leftover near the end of the semester and I started buying food and drinks for my friends, because we lose our money if we don’t use it. Any way, last semester I almost always ate at Roth Café, because I live in Hand College. I would usually go to Wendy’s and make myself a meal from the dollar menu for four or five dollars. And while my friends bought an real meal, I would be satisfied with my value meal. The only problem was that without any real exercise, that turned out to be a bad dietary move. This semester I have been eating salads for lunch and dinner almost every day of the week, but the only problem is that its expensive to eat healthy, at six or seven dollars almost everywhere on campus its hard to think eating healthy is worth it when it is so expensive. We will see how it goes when I have 200 dollars left on my card.
