One of my friends eats carrots when she got angry. So she called carrot as her ‘angry food.’ I have also a angry food eating when I got stressed. I want to eat crunchy things such as pretzel, nachos, and crackers, when I had a lot of pressure. When I bite these things, I can hear the crispy sound. It makes me feel better while eating. So during final exam day, I used to but these snacks and kept eating. It was the worse thing for my diet. I think I’m kind of addicted to carbohydrated food. Sweet things can be someone’s angry food like chocolates. What’s your angry food?
