Gel Nails

Have you ever heard about Gel Nails?
Now, in Japan, this is the most famous manicure!!!

Here is sample of it.

Gel nails are a type of artificial nails that most closely resembles the natural nail. Gel nails are similar to acylic nails, as they are both made from a combination of a monomer liquid and polymer powder. The monomer liquid reacts with the polymer powder to form long polymer strands. The strands, when dry, form a hard resin that resembles a fingernail. Gelnails, unlike standard acrylic nails, contain additional short chain monomers, known as oligomers, that makes the nails more flexible.

When I went back to Japan for winter vacation, I tried to do it as my sister's suggestion.
Actually, it was kind of expensive but it was much much better than just normal manicure!!
When I checked it, there are some shops in Manhattan which is run by Japanese; therefore, if I have a chance, I want to try Gel Nails again in NYC!!!!

This is what I did in Japan =)
I loved it <3
