
Lately ive been weeding out whats important in my life and whats not. Being a college student, school is my first priority. Im constantly thinking about it and when am i going to be able to get my work done. I would say the next thing is my relationship and my jobs. Their both equally important and i think about them the same amount. I work 2 jobs and when im not working, i try and either skype with my girlfriend or go down to visit her at school. The weird thing is that i just found something out about myself that i never really realized. Fitness!
I started going to the gym last year just to give it a shot. Theres not much to do in your free time where i live so all my friends hit up the gym. The reason why i havent gone before this was that theres soo much to learn and it seemed overwhelming and not worth the pain. Within a couple months, i deffently changed my thoughts on fitness. Currently, I go to my local gym which is like 2 minutes from my house. I go Monday - Thursday whenever i get the time and for like an hour and a half and i love it. Not only do i notice physical changes in my body, i am noticing a change in my mental health. I dont think many people realize this but going to the gym (no matter what your doing) is good for your mental health just as much as your physical health. I come home feeling refreshed and not to mention i have some time to myself when i can think about things and develop ideas about school. So to anyone who thinks the gym is just a place where people go to try and alter their physical being...your wrong. The gym could be just as beneficial as the library and i would recommend it to anyone!
