I just got home from seeing the movie, Hall pass. It was about two married couples. The husbands spend most of their time together gawking at other women and talking about sex and the "old times" when they were single. They have two nice caring wives who love them very much. Their wives joke about their husbands methods of getting away with catching a glimpse of other woman without them noticing. A pushing event lead them to give their husbands a hall pass. A hall pass is a week off from marriage. What the husbands decide to do in their week off is up to them. If they cheat it is unpunished. At first I thought, wow this is really messed up. The husbands were really excited to get the opportunity to cheat on their wives. The sad part is , that is reality. It is not just the men either, we give woman to much credit. There are plenty of woman out there who are not just interested in their husbands, lets be real. Our whole society is based on monogamy and I really believe a lot of people struggle with that. It is difficult to be with the same person foreverrr.
Anyway the objective of the hall pass to allow their husbands to do whatever they want for one whole week with no consequences in hopes that they will make the right decisions without being forced or nagged to. The wives went away for a week and left their husbands home. It kind of irritated me that the whole time they were desperately trying to get laid...I was thinking, Isn't there anything else they have been wanting to do that their wives don't approve of? Anyway I won't give away the whole movie
