the lunar new year party

So every year my parents would host a lunar new year party and this year it was held last Saturday at my house. It was a pretty hectic party; over 100 people crammed in one house.

You have the kids running up and down the stairs shooting Nerf guns at each other and spilling drinks here and there. The adults... there were the talkers and the gamblers. The talkers seemed as if they were screaming at each other but laughing at the same time. And the gamblers as they shout for joy when they win a game.

I was happy for the most part since I did get to see my relatives, which I don't get to see so often. The clean up was definitely the most tedious effect of the party. There was garbage everywhere... And my sisters couldn't help but complain to mom and dad to never have a party again. But obviously that's not going to happen since the party became a tradition in our family.
