Finally.. I get to see them.

Linkin Park. Have you heard of them? My sister just surpised me with tickets to see them this Friday at Madison Square Garden. I cried, hard.
This band is not just a band to me. Their music literally saved me! They have created a song for every emotion I have ever felt from anger to joy. Now you may think this is an exaggeration but truly I believe that there is music that can speak to you. Music has the ability to move you. It can inspire the way you think, dress, and act. Music has the ability to connect people. Linkin Park is that band for me. Music for me has always been a way to clear my mind, an exit strategy. I have been to numerous concerts such as No Doubt, Maroon 5, John Mayer, Counting Crows, Tokio Hotel, Britney Spears, Jay-Z,Kings of Leon..etc. Yet, when it comes to Linkin Park, I could never get tickets. For years I have tried to get tickets to see them but there was always a barrier. If tickets weren’t sold out than there was some strange significant event I could not excuse myself out of. This Friday, I had absolutely no plans.. until now. I am overwhelmed with emotions; excitement, shock, gratitude. I know that this experience is going to change me.
