Clay
The picture to your left shows a little creation I made with polymer clay. Polymer clay is a type of “sculptable material based on PVC, but is not actually clay.” When you first open the package the “clay” you can mush it around form shapes and little objects, than when you are satisfied with your creation you can put it in the oven to bake so it will harden. A little patience is required because the object you are making is not a large sized object. It is usually around the size of a penny.
Usually people will use the polymer clay to make beads for jewelry, or miniature accessories for miniature dollhouses. The ones I have made are for phone strap- accessories. You know that sometimes-cute yet somewhat useless accessory dangling on the edge of a person’s phone.
I think these polymer clay objects make great inexpensive gifts for friends or family and it will mean a lot to them because you personally took time to make it, it would seem like a truly thoughtful gift.
