No matter how often you change your workout routine, you always want something different. Human beings natually get bored of the same or too much of one thing. Even with all of the technology such as ipods, ipads, television, etc, the same workout gets boring. Try a dance class, something differnt. You don't have to like to dance to enjoy a dance class. Depending on the class you can find any kind of music that you are into whether is salsa or hip hop. Dance classes are fun, alot of energy and I always feel like I just left a huge party or club. You don't even realize you're working out but you can still burn alot of calories.
Dance classes are a great way to meet new people, young and old. It doesn't matter who you are, what you do for a living, where you live or what type of personality you are. Dance is something that brings people together. It doesn't matter if you are shy or if you screw up the moves because first of all, nobody cares and everyone will even notice you screwed up the moves.
I was hesitant to go to my first dance class but I was so glad I did because its something I look forward to at the end of the day. Even when I have no energy to workout, dance gives me that boost and makes me want to go to the gym. I love music and our instructor has an awesome personality. He mixes it up between different genres of music so we get to do different routines every class.
Zumba is a great dance class for everyone. It's a great workout even if you're not into salsa dancing. Both guys and girls take the class, so don't be shy about trying it. It's a fun class but I prefer my other dance class because he plays alot more of the hit music that I'm into such as pitbull, usher, rihanna, eminem, etc.
