Set design for the mind

I have an idea for a set design, maybe not for American Decameron, but perhaps something in the future.

If a set was designed as a wall of windows and doors that you could "peek in" and listen to the story I think that would be cool since it is almost as if your sping or snooping into someones conversations or thoughts.

The 4 walls would be black and there would be various shapes and sizes of windows and doors and behind each one would be an actor or a video or even just a recording of a monologue. It would leave mystery and diversity and almost have the same naughtiness as a peep show.

The actors could design the window/door themselves as a representation of the mood they want to create behind the walls. Whether it's pane glass with curtains and a flower bed or distorted with black tint and a hint of horror.
