Things i learned about race and ethics this semester pt 2

When you are able to put so much into someone or a group they tend to let you take control of them. Hence, the exact way whites forced Africans into slavery. Slaves work endlessly day and night for their owners. On these plantations in the Caribbean slaves would harvest many crops such as cotton, cocoa, sugar cane, etc. But there were also slaves who worked inside the homes of the masters and cleaned the house as well as other chores. The dark skinned slaves were usually outside in the plantation fields all day. While the lighter slaves stayed inside the house along with the women too. Light skinned slaves were also treated better than dark skin slaves.
