When I walked inside the building it was a zoo. There were people everywhere rolling suitcases, carrying bags, moving things around it was crazy. It was also loud everyone was trying to talk over each other. I didn’t know what to do first. Then someone with a red shirt came up to me and said “Do you need any help.”
“Yeah I need the key to my room” I responded.
“Ok then tell me your name and come with me.”
After I got my key situation figured out me and my family got all my bags out the car and moved in. My hallway was ridiculous people were bumping into each other and even tripping over bags. I still mad that I even had to move in, in the first place. When we got to my room my roommate wasn’t there yet. I dropped all my stuff on the side I claimed to be mine and just observed the room. Then I seen a stack of books on the desk and I just shook my head. I couldn’t believe my summer was going to end up like this being forced to study and not enjoy my summer. The whole time my family and I was in my room my mom just kept nagging me and getting on my nerves. I just remember her saying what are you going to do when I’m not here. Then it just hit me five weeks without my mother around. This summer might not be so bad after all.
