Sleeping and Studying

I think to do well on exams people need sufficient amounts of sleep. Cramming all night just won't do because you'll just forget everything the day after. I personally like to sleep and then study right as I wake up when I am refreshed and not tired. This way I retain almost all of the information that I take in. I find this technique very useful but sometimes it's just not possible. Sometimes you are swamped with so much work that it is just not possible to sleep. I hate those days, so tired, taking 15 mins naps. That just isn't good for you, but hey this is college. As some advice to the test takers out there, get your sleep. It's worth it
