Pouring rain outside!

The rain is pounding against the ceiling panes of the Atrium right now. I don't think I want to leave and walk in the rain even though I live in Roth which is 5 minutes away. Finals week sucks even more when it is pouring outside and everything is muddy and gross. I think that Stony Brook would be less depressing if the sun was out everyday and we can all chill at the Staller steps. Although I usually complain when it rains or snows on campus, I really enjoy walking to class in the rain sometimes. It's so calming and the air is cleaner. I'm going back to the city next week. I'm really not looking forward to humid weather and heat waves in the summer. I hate riding the subway when it's 100 degrees outside and people being together makes the temperature increase by another 10 degrees.
