
I laugh at men who say that pilates is for chicks ! Good luck that is all i have to say. Truth is close mindedness is their loss. This is such an excellent work out and i really recommend both men and women to try it. What i life most about pilates is the psychological component behind it. It truly is one of those "mind over matter" scenarios. The amount of discipline one needs to be able to advance their technique is pretty outstanding. It is a work out that you actually see results from. I hate to break it to you people, but those "toning" and "spot focusing" workout are all gimmicks. The body does not work that way! Now that summer is coming, incorporating pilates with a cardio routine 2-3 times a week will have that body looking "HAWTTT" as we like to say :)
