This one is a piece that I learned especially for my ex-boyfriend. It's by a group named F.I.R. and the title of the song is called "Wo Men De Ai" meaning "Our Love". I can't really play it anymore without looking at the sheet music, but when I used to know it at the time, my fingers were very familiar with the notes. I don't really understand the lyrics since I don't speak Mandarin, but from what I understand the chorus goes "Our love, I understand."
