Some people can talk til they are GREEN in the face on this campus, and sometimes it really pisses me off. So i decided I would sum up how I feel about the campus and how green we are since the two girls and three boys in the library couldn't shut up about it last monday.
I would give Stony Brook a C+ on its Water Usage grade. Only because I do not see the University actually have water conservation plans in act. The reason why Stony Brook did not fail is because they do encourage the entire campus to be environmentally minded, and do a lot of other things to conserve; things such as energy management, pollution control, and promote recycling. A general grade for the University would probably be a B.
There it is that easy, so please stop crying and if you really cared about the environment on our campus as much as you argue, you wouldn't be chain smoking marborls and american spirit in front of the freaking library, now would you?
