Another blues poem ..lol

Another poem that I have read with blues influences is called “Funeral Blues” by W.H. Auden. This poem is about the feeling a person may get someone close to them dies. When something tragic happens such as death people tend to separate themselves from everything else in the world. Even going into a deep state of depression can be an affect, especially if its someone close to you like a family member or a long term friend. I would consider this a blues poem because I think that W.H. Auden did a good job letting readers how he was feeling at the time and that’s a big part of blues poems to express yourself.
