Fringe

I recently became addicted to this show. It revolves around the idea that science and technological advances have no limits. It also incorporates the idea of a parallel universe that is almost identical to our, the only difference is minor variation is that are the consequence of different individual choices. I understand that the whole idea is a bit far fetched and some of the events that happen throughout the show are a bit extreme and probably impossible, but it does to a certain extent make you wonder if some of the scenarios are possible. It also makes you think that maybe our government and other governments are actually carrying out such experiments.
