Teamwork

I can't begin how important teamwork is for life. I have experience in online multiplayer games, usually League of Legends. In this game it is almost impossible to get by without teamwork because it's very much a team based game. Theres five people on both teams and they have to destroy the base. I met with alot of anger and frustration in this game when I get matched up with teammates who demands the team follow them or they quit or intentionally do poorly. Alot of these people exist in games and it boggles me why they still play when they are obviously not out here to win. I usually try my best to be the mediator between two angry teammates but often it just doesn't work. This can happen in life just as easily. People are much better when they work together instead of trying to get the group to do things your way.
