HAARP

HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. Its purpose is to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance purposes. The HAARP program operates a major Arctic facility, known as the HAARP Research Station, on an Air Force owned site near Gakona, Alaska.

According to Jesse Ventura, the former Governor of Minnesota, the HAARP program is secretly conducting experiments that no one is aware of. He mentioned such experiment in an interview stating that they attached few cords to his brain and he was able to hear through his brain, not ears. He also claimed that they can shoot particles in the air to influence the climate. And lastly, he said they have a device with which they can read people's brainwaves and possibly control their thoughts. All this might seem very fictional but HAARP is a real program that focuses on ultra high-technology secretively. After all, it is referred to as "The Military's Pandora Box."
