Trip to the Tank (Part 2)

Time square is one of the most amazing parts of the city. With all the lights, shops and video screens, it's almost too much to take in at once. It has to be one of the busiest parts of the city and no matter what time of day it is, there are always people there and something is going on. 1 block over from Time Square was the Tank. My train came in at 9AM and since it only took me 15 minutes to walk to the performance space, I started exploring:














I got to see the "off broawday" section of the street which was pretty cool. Going by the amount of people lined up for shows, it seemed to be a popular place to be. At one place, the people were lined up all the way down the road. I continued walking, past the Tank, to 9th Avenue. There was actually a street fair going on down the whole road with stands that had everything from fruits and vegtables to china and collectables. Since they were still setting up, I didn't get to visit any of the stands however it was cool to see the different activities going on that you wouldn't normally see.
