I recently watched a clip, where a man advised not to go to college. You may find that hard to understand, but he has a point. What is the point of going to college? You think that by the end of college you will get a degree that qualifies you to do something, and you will get more money because of the degree, that is the basic theory right? He advised to do something else instead of going to college straight out of high school, like travel, or start your own business. Most people who go to college are undecided or change their major. It is a time where you can learn, not only about the world but also about yourself. The question to ask is: Is it worth it, student debt is unbelievable, and finding jobs is even harder. Maybe you can find a part time or full time job that you may enjoy, without a degree. Don’t think you need to go straight to college, because there are other options. Explore your own options.
