This thing is impossibly to find. I've been tracking it since January and I don't want to wait a month. I should have ordered it when I was in the emergency room... silly me. My mother went to every Apple store on the island this weekend... and they have nothing.
I wonder why the stock was so limited. I finally got to go out for a little bit today and I got a little friendly with a guy that works at Apple. My brother spent two hours playing in the store and we just got to chat. So anyway, apparently last year when the first ipad came out they had some left over. It did not sell like this one. And some people are upgrading from their first one... save one for me!
I'll track one down. I refilled my wallet with cash so I can take a cab and go to the mall and get one if they get it in stock. I added the store number to my favorites on my phone. Oh yeah, I'm hardcore. I just want one for school and to take notes in classes and to use as an ereader. I'm not getting it to play games.
It's very frustrating and now I don't feel good. My stomach is not agreeing with me. As soon as the ER doctor told me no fat in my food all I want is cheeseburgers and chili cheese fries. I never eat like that let alone crave food like that. I get to eat bread and pasta until my surgery..
