Ive been to the city many times before. I’ve lived on Long Island for 10 years and I can gladly say that the city is what makes living on Long Island a great place. It such an amazing place to do anything from sightseeing to going to a bar on the weekend. Professor Baldwin has stressed to us many times that we need to visit the city. “Its not a scary place and its actually one of the safest cities” is what he always told us and I couldn’t agree more. A lot people have this idea that the city is some crazy place but in reality is one of the best places on earth. Many people will never get the opportunity to visit New York City so I agree with Professor Baldwin when he say we all need to get out and visit it.
Although I’ve been to the city countless times, I can say that I’ve never been to one to put on a performance. The idea is actually really cool; almost relating us to a street performer who just tries’s different things in order to gain the attention and appreciation of others. In putting on this performance, we are trying to do something completely new. Something that is going to gain the attraction of others to gets this new service “out there.” I’m excited to see what comes out of it and who actually shows up. I think it’s going to be a good time.
