This product “Japan Kracie Popin Cookin” is a DIY toy/candy. Similar to the Konapun this Popin Cookin product makes miniature food, which is actually edible. They are similar to gummy candy, with yummy flavors like strawberry and vanilla. This snack will actually make a child have fun while making it and eating it.
Similar to the Konapun you will mix the included powder with water. You will then pour the mixture into molds. There are mold for cookies and taiyaki. Then you would wait a while for the mixture to set, and the result is a delicious piece of gummy candy.
The box of candy is around five dollars. I would say it is worth the money if you feel like checking it out for the first time, or if you want to keep a child occupied for a little bit. Other than that, I would say with five dollars you can buy a lot of candy. I also must include, that Japanese companies know how to make very interesting and unique products.

Konapun
I found this unique and intriguing do it yourself (DIY) toy. Konapun is a Japanese toy that is like a mini kitchen, you know like the ones that you would play when you were a kid with your sister, or in kindergarten. This mini kitchen is an upgrade from the past I would say. You buy these DIY in sets, and inside each box are the ingredients and instructions.
If you follow the instructions correctly, you will be able to make something like cookies, French fries, sushi, etc. For example, for French fries you would make a batch of oil by mixing a powder with water. Then you would make the fries with a separate batch of powder with water. I guess the main activator would be water. The finished product is miniature plastic food which is NOT EDIBLE. Also just, like real food, the toy rots, so sadly you are not able to keep it forever.
This product is actually very ingenious I must say. It really brings into reality of cooking, because children can actually mix ingredients together to create something. At least it is a lot better then the plastic vegetables and pots I had in elementary school. This toy can actually keep a child engaged for a while.
